5. Restaurant Orders & Customer Interactions
Epitto provides technology to facilitate order placement.
Restaurants are solely responsible for:
- Food quality and preparation
- Pricing accuracy
- Order fulfillment
- Customer service and refunds
Epitto is not a food provider and does not guarantee order outcomes.
6. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or subscription.
- Pricing, trial periods, and commissions (if any) will be clearly communicated before purchase.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
7. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- Trial features and duration are defined at signup
- Abuse of trials may result in early termination
- Epitto reserves the right to modify or withdraw trial offers at any time
8. Data Ownership
Restaurants retain ownership of their business data (menus, orders, reports).
By using Epitto, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics and platform improvements.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Epitto, including:
- Software
- UI/UX design
- Logos
- Branding
- Documentation
is owned by Epitto or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
Epitto is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.
11.2 By Epitto
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Illegal or abusive activity is detected
- Required payments are not made
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability

- Epitto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Epitto in the preceding 3 months
